Well…I always coped with my assignments without help from the outside; however, I went for a vacation abroad and upon returning home was just overwhelmed with a numerous assignments to complete. Their prices are only visible in the order form after you’ve finished placing an order. With 48 hours urgency, my price per page was $20.35; I paid $142.45 in total for two assignments. I would have appreciated a discount as this was my first order; but the site had any information about it and the support chat was offline.

Details of order

I attached all necessary files and filled in the instruction thoroughly. I placed two orders with the same deadline and minutes after I paid for them both orders were shown in progress. Are they really that fast at assigning writers? Anyway, as no one got back to me for clarification of any kind, I was sure that things ran smooth.

Quality of support and writing

They sent me both essays a few hours before the deadline expires. While the research paper was done well, in the case study the writer didn’t use the books I required him to use. I messaged them on chat and someone who was not very polite told me that the rewrite would be paid. Nobody emailed or called me to ask for books and then they said I had to pay once again! As the contact page only had their email, I asked to get in touch with the manager and after a long argument they decided to rewrite the part of the paper and offered me a discount for the next order. So, as soon as I got this done, I had to spend my time correcting the rest of the paper.

Conclusion

Well…what can I say? Although they obviously have good writers, their poor communication and arrogance isn’t something I would like to face once again and it goes without saying there will be no next order.
